For people who are wondering, the comic I am writing, Exalt, is for sure being worked on. Which, unfortunately has been taking longer than I had hoped due to financial issues that have recently occurred (and thankfully been resolved) in my life. For those of you that don't know what Exalt is or keep asking me everytime I bring it up. Exalt is a webcomic that I thought up in early 2014 during a spiral of depression I was going through (much of which was the result of my own actions). Personally I describe it as a sort of science fantasy webcomic set in the twenty third century, and it is based off of a series of roleplays that occurred between me and my friend http://www.furaffinity.net/user/princessishtarthered -Princess Ishtar The Red over the past few years. Despite having a lot of projects I have wanted to do over the years I dedicated myself to doing this, made new friends along the way and set up a Patreon so I could not only get more of an income due to being unemployed, but to be able to support the comic with the help of others as well <3 You can find the comic's introduction here so you can learn what the comic is about proper: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/r5yh2goddvlaq4r/AADob6Omy8PCHC93TOba7B8Ea?dl=0 and of course these intro pages and character designs are scattered through my gallery as well! Since then I have managed to get Patreon to the point where we, as of me writing this, have reached 302 total dollars pledged. Of course in the long run this isn't enough but in the short term monthly this is wonderful and I am very thankful for it, infact I hope many others pledge to the cause in the future so not just Exalt but many other projects can come to life! I have also formed a partnership with an artist many of you may be familiar with, http://www.furaffinity.net/user/jaeh/ - Jaeh. Financially this partnership costs me nothing and in return we have set up a system, lower tier members are automatically entered into a raffle for Jaeh art (a sketch, and he's sketchwork is pretty damn good quality!) at the end of each month (to ensure they don't cheat the system and such so that way their pledges can process and they don't just skip out on it! I don't think any of the people who have pledged so far would do that but its more of a security measure in case someone one day pledges and just pulls out) while the higher tiers get one sketch a month for sure! <3 While my friend Bradley has offered his services to give out a free B&W sketch that is raffled off at the end of each month as well! o: So isn't that fun? :3 Our goal is to put the comic up this year in July, although we may delay a few months depending on how much work has been done by then! (doubtful that we actually will have to delay, if anything it will just go up in August at that point) not only on FA but on another site as well, and in the future I hope to release other content on the side as well, working with Jaeh and other artists to produce adult content for people to enjoy as well as more tame and hopefully action packed ones as well.
