Public Release and A Change to this Patreon

Hello Patrons! LONG post ahead with important info, so stay with me for a bit. haha

For those that haven't been following my twitter, Im excited to announce the public version of the BounceSMP modpack is now LIVE!

All this has been possible due to your amazing support, so THANK YOU SO MUCH!

With this release comes the release of the pack of blocks, cosmetics, and emotes that we used on our content creator server that will be available to all $15 patrons past and present.

This asset pack isn't quite ready yet. There is some tedious work that needs to be done on it to make it easily integrate into the pack. The brief explanation is that we made some last minute updates to BAMO blocks that will apply to NEW bamo blocks, but the old ones I have to go in and manually edit. And we have a lot of old ones that we want to share with you haha. So a bit of a delay, but expect it soon. Few days tops. Its my current number 1 priority.

HOWEVER, after thinking over the future of this patreon, I have decided to reformat the $15 tier in a few ways. The biggest change to the tier is that it will no longer offer consistent asset packs coming in the future. Instead, the tier will offer exclusive early builds of all future projects and all extra content from these projects that I choose not to include in the release versions. So any extra assets, maps, etc.

I feel gross having to make this change. While I never guaranteed consistent or monthly asset packs, I felt the way I phrased it on my page conveyed the promise of future packs down the line and more than just the one I will release soon.

SO to help make this change without feeling like Im leaving my supporters with nothing, I have to decided to make a last pack of assets based solely on $15 patron requests! Because of the high number of $15 patrons, this necessarily wont be a direct commission pack as I wont be able to do a block for every specific person due to that being a very large workload. Instead, I want to compile a list of requests from everyone then create a pack of around 20 BAMO Blocks, and around 7 animated cosmetics.

SO PLEASE, IF YOU ARE A $15 PATRON, PLEASE LET ME KNOW YOUR BLOCK AND COSMETIC IDEAS DOWN IN THE REPLIES.

I will announce the final list of blocks and cosmetics once I start production on that pack. 

I will make the change to the $15 tier description after this posting this update. However ALL $15 patrons past and present from the posting of this update will receive BOTH packs when they are released. So if you feel the need to unsub, always feel free to DM me your discord info and Ill hold on it and DM the pack to you when its done.


One more thing before I go, the discord server for BounceSMP will be going live soon as well. Due to not having a full time moderation team, this server will be restricted to 18+ to keep the community safe and secure. I will be setting up this community to have ways to share custom blocks, cosmetics and more. So adding more content to your pack will be as simple as checking out the discord!

I will also have a patron exclusive text channel on the server where you all can freely ask me any questions pertaining to current projects, as well as a place when I can share with you all updates and sneak peeks of what we are currently working.

Speaking of current projects, my team and I are currently working on a spinoff of BounceSMP called Bouncemon. Bouncemon is a handcrafted pixelmon playthrough built for our collection of streamer friends to play through. The pack includes a lot of the staples of BounceSMP, including emotes, BAMO and BounceStyles. I have more to share on this project in the future, but as mentioned previously, all $15 tier patrons will be given access to an early build of the modpack we will use (built by myself). My current plan is to give patrons access to the early modpack build once the streams start, but without the map. Then once the streams are over, I will be releasing the pack and map to the public together.

The streams themselves are going to be very fun and I hope you all are excited to tune in.

We are also planning a BounceSMP revival in some way, so stay tuned for that in the future.
