Kombucha Early Access
Added 2020-08-21 23:17:52 +0000 UTC- This video has an ad at the end, so it had to go through a review process. In the end, those extra 2 days ended up yielding a far better video. I had time to watch it on every device and listen to it on headphones and iPhone. I was able to take the time to tweak my colors, too. Being forced to be "done" with a video and the watch it a dozen times might need to become the new workflow for me.
- If you don't have two full cups of starter tea, it'll be okay
- If you don't have a big SCOBY, you can grow one using store-bought kombucha. These things grow so quickly and easily. You'll even grow a tiny one in your 2f bottle in just a day or two.
- I think pineapple kombucha might be the best flavor. Watermelon might be the most disappointing.
- The sweeter your 2F additive, the more aggressively the 2F will happen.
- The new kitchen has new problems to work around. I had to work pretty hard to edit out most of the AC noise because I'm standing right under a vent. Also, Grandpa appears in the hallway very spookily. Also also, I don't like how these shiny cabinets reflect light! It'll take some time, but I have a few ideas on how to remedy the issues.

thank u douglas I personally would not use Mason Jars because I don't think being rated for canning is enough to also be okay for 2F The 1F would be fine though
