I was able to mentally justify the $700 pizza oven because it would pay for itself over the months of not going to fancy pizzerias to get the thing I couldn’t make at home. But with the grinder it’s not like I can’t make coffee with a cheap grinder. This is the eternal struggle of the modern cheapskate

I wouldn't bash you for spending $700 on a grinder. You'll have it for more than a decade so it's cheap in the long run. I have an Omega juicer and a Vitamix going on 5/6 years. So worth it.
