This is a short I wrote after spending one month trying a dozen different bitters and a half dozen different hop waters. I really wanted to love the Napa Valley bitters made by a small business, but if you're gonna drop like $13 on a tiny bottle of liquid I say go with the big names first like Bittermen's.
