EliteMobs 7.0.3 and a new Admin Guide

A critical bug was reported for 7.0.0 which has lead to me publishing 7.0.3 publicly on Spigot. This fixes all known bugs and greatly improves the shop menus.
Additionally, I have posted a new admin guide with updated info on how to set up EliteMobs with the inclusion of how to set up the adventurer's guild map.
Now that these things are out of the way, I will start working on the first implementations of quests tomorrow. I hope to have a prototype to present within the next couple of days.
I am also about to open up the suggestions for the 7.2.0 update for patreon supporters above $5. The vote for the theme will be held once the 7.1.0 features are implemented and we've moved on to a testing and debugging phase.
