EliteMobs 8.3.0, upcoming releases & apologies for the delay

EliteMobs 8.3.0 is now out, featuring a mass dungeon update, new script functionalities and a large amount of important fixes and tweaks.

Changelog:

• [New] Mass dungeon update! Rebalances loot and fixes issues related to reinforcements for almost every dungeon.
• [New] Added the PLAY_ANIMATION action type for elite scripting,  plays the animation for a boss model for the targets of the script
• [Fix] Fixed issue which caused custom models to transition between animations very slowly
• [Fix] Fixed issue where SET_MOB_AI and SET_MOB_AWARE scripts with duration would have a duration of 0 ticks
• [Fix] Fixed bad target behavior on command-based elite scripts
• [Fix] Fixed issue where non-default particle speed could only be integer values
• [Fix] Fixed issue where elite scripts in boss files would not run if no powers were present
• [Fix] Fixed bug related to zone-based scripts not working correctly
• [Fix] Lowered warning rate for incorrect boss health
• [Fix] Fixed error related to older mc versions trying to display the freeze effect overlay
• [Fix] Fixed warning message when using locations for the target of script zones
• [Fix] Fixed issue where cylinder zones would not respect the lower y boundary
• [Fix] Fixed issue with tag conditions that would cause the checks to not work under specific conditions
• [Fix] Fixed issue where instanced bosses did not scale health with player count correctly

Additionally, I want to apologize for letting the timeline for EliteMobs (and my other projects) slide in the later half of October.

Apologies

I don't want to expose too much of my personal life, but essentially I have been sleeping with noise cancelling headphones for the last 2 months due to several reasons, the main one being the construction work that has my bed and keyboard vibrating all day long since January. The upstairs neighbors also have their four and six year olds playing music all day long above my bedroom, which guarantees I can't get any rest during the weekend either. I usually do my best work at night, but lately I have simply not been able to get any rest.

I plan to move out not only of this apartment but of Portugal entirely in the next 7 months. Ideally to Canada, if possible, but if the 5.5 year wait time checks out then I will probably go to France (or Spain) instead.

I hate putting the fault on external factors, but I am just exhausted. All I ever wanted was peace and quiet so I can work - and sleep - in silence. I don't take weekends, or holidays, or vacations. I don't buy anything other than groceries and office equipment. I usually work between 11 and 14 hours a day (you've seen the livestreams), when I can get a decent night's sleep. I have not been able to sleep well in months.

Unfortunately, I just don't know when the noise will end. Originally I was told June, then July, then August, then September, then October, then November, and now I just don't ask anymore since I know I'll just be lied to again.

I'm honestly at a loss here. Had I known in January that the construction work was going to take over 11 months, I would've instantly moved out. I own the property I am currently in, so moving out is not as simple as just finding something else to rent.

I wish I could do something to guarantee that this will not happen again, I really do.

For now, I can only hope things will get better in the coming weeks. I will do what I can to try to focus on the work that needs to be done.

Upcoming releases:

We should have 5 dungeons ready to go after some tweaking, a Frost Palace update will be coming out after I post this and we'll be focusing on the next Primis updating this upcoming week - somehow we ended up making an instanced dungeon inside of Primis, which is insane.
