It contains a great deal of detail about the events which took place that day, including an explanation of the exact way in which the refrigerator which caused the fire malfunctioned.
The part that I found the most interesting, though, were the witness statement at the end. They really give a sense of what the disaster was like for some of the ordinary people involved. If you want to learn more about this disaster, I'd definitely recommend starting with these statements.
