As Celestia took her morning shower, a servant stumbled upon her used panties. Celestia, having kept her spell a secret to everyone else, had apparently not conveyed the urgency in letting this specific pair of panties be left in her care properly, and now Twilight has been found by an oddly eager femboy guard. Of course he has no idea he's dealing with a sentient pair of panties, what matters most to him, is spending quality time with the princess' most private of clothing.
Apparently only little suspicion had been drawn to the amount of panties he had ruined, for some reason the royal seamstress seemed more than happy to take care of broken sticky panties.
Twilight however, didn't much like the implications of all she had experienced, if only she could manage to undo the spell cast on her, and she'd better do it fast, before she'd tear and sever the magical flow inside of her.

You get the rough idea. ;^) Since Twilight doesn't have her horn she has to learn to channel her magic some other way to turn herself back, but if she tears she won't be able to use magic at all, so she has to rely on someone else to turn her back, assuming she didn't get torn to pieces scattered all over the place.
