After Jam got caught in the web he had spun while enjoying web swinging around the city on Gwen's body, he was snatched up by Mysterio, who in this world seemingly has an interest in anime and collecting living figures as trophies.
Mysterio put a body control collar on his victim, and guided Jam to his lair for preparation.
And for making his trophies, Mysterio has a dark dungeon where he can spray his victims with nanite based resin that converts living tissue into more rubbery resin, leaving the victim unable to move, even if the outer layer of resin is removed as they become completely inanimate, becoming a spectator inhabiting their statue-like body for the rest of time.
Unfortunately for Jam, Mysterio wasn't completely satisfied with his work in making his own Sailor Moon inspired figurine styled like himself, meaning Jam's changes might not be over yet.
