Holy shit I'm LATE, but thank you soo much for checking him out. I could honestly write an essay on each song's concept and lyricisms. What's crazy is that even for people who don't speak french, and therefore miss out on a huge portion of writing details, they still manage to connect to him on a very deep level. Adding to that the diversity of topics he sings about and it's no surprise that he's so popular worldwide, music is such an incredible gift/weapon when used right. By the way, is there a specific way to make request, or do you usually chose who you react to by looking at the overall demands on your different platforms? If that comment reaches you, I would love to recommend an immensely talented japanese artist called Fuji Kaze. Don't know if you've heard of him, he has had one or two songs going viral on Tiktok which made me check him out in more details, and god I've very rarely listened to such a flawless discography. He made my top 10 in no time lol. Maybe his sound would fit more your vibe as he includes a lot of R&B sounds into his very Jpop style, very very classy sort of music. I knew most of it wasn't really your cup of tea but his artistry and creativity just can't be beat. His album Racine Carrée is one of my all time favorite albums. Some of the B-sides are just phenomenal. Ave Cesaria and Moules Frites are some of my favs.
