Thoughts: I cringed a bit when I tweeted about AEW's Milwaukee show yesterday because these rescheduled AEW shows need more context and I don't have the characters over there to do that. I wouldn't read too much into these shows yet. This is another rescheduled show that has a generic AEW logo on it if you look at the event listing on AEWTix.com. Pretty soon we should see a more recent show graphic added to some of these rescheduled shows - not that the artwork will help sales but it helps the show feel more like the current Welcome Back tour theme. If I'm AEW, I might even do a re-release as crazy as that may sound. Make a big deal out of it and offer a small percentage off of tickets. As evidenced by my Smackdown Houston, TX post, Houston looks to be a big wrestling city and not considering the venue location or where exactly this is, it seems like there's a lot to be tapped into. Local ads and stuff will also help. I was told they've been hitting the Miami market with more ads in the past few days.
