I think Bruce Pritchard has said on the podcast of his that you have to be near capacity to turn a profit at MSG due to fees and costs. Unless WWE got a cupcake deal, they are going to eat a loss.

2021-07-09 20:49:01 +0000 UTCThis has the potential to be so embarrassing in a week if Arthur Ashe can do similar numbers in a day and a half. Given how expensive the arena is, opening up even to just 8k initially seems like an own goal that shows that not even they expect to do a huge number.
