United Center ticket map break down (What's a sell out look like, etc)

I looked at a few other concerts at the United Center and a few used a very similar set up to what AEW is using for the First Dance. Twenty One Pilots for example, has this identical set up (just a different arrangement of floor seats).

Counting every seat on this map: 18,481 (this number varies with each concert depending on the floor set up. I've seen as high as 19K).

Seats they won't likely use (behind the stage): 4,624

Seats they will mostly use: 13,857

Of course there are production blocks that take up seats (which I'm trying to identify through the second by second logs) and the hard camera section (217/218?).

I'd say a number close to 13K will be a sell out for this set up. More to come (so much more information to sort through)...
