Welp, non-Ticketmaster means it won't always go smooth and this didn't go so smooth for many.

First, the biggest complaint has been how their website isn't intuitive at all with this process. I had to screenshot the text box where you enter the presale code on their website for a dozen people. Beyond that, there were many other questions coming my way. I tried to answer them all on Twitter. Thank you if you signed up for this Patreon solely on the premise of me helping you on Twitter. I hope you enjoy all the content released here daily.

In the end, many of those people scored tickets (some landed some Floor seats!).

But the bad news.. NO ticket map yet. So you had to trust the seats you got are good. I dislike the "blindly select seats" process. There is a ticket map you can look at for their basketball set up to see where your section is, if that helps at all. We should see the ticket map tomorrow for the general public onsale. Until then, I won't have any indication of how many seats were sold. More to come tomorrow on this...
