Here's the most recent screenshot of the ticket map. See my 2nd screenshot for the first one I got during the General Public Onsale (and I'll explain why it took a minute to get to this)

Notice the top part of the open sections. Those were definitely partially open to begin with. Looking at the most recent screenshot you can see the other half opened up since (which helps). The other issue is look at the seats opposite of the stage on the far end - for whatever reason the end of the aisles were not opened. This is an odd pattern WWE occasionally does. For now, those seats are counted in and they get the benefit of the doubt.
