The last Raw John Cena was advertised for (dark match appearance) was the San Antonio show on 8/16. You can see the drop off after that show. Some of it is him not being there, some of it is the markets they've hit since Summer Slam. Goldberg also helped a few of the shows leading up to Summer Slam (Chicago stands out - Randy Orton's return was also advertised for that show).
