Sounds like this might just be a "Platinum" seats thing that Ticketmaster does which results in dynamic pricing in pre-sales (i.e., I just got fleeced).

2021-11-11 16:40:00 +0000 UTCJust picked up tickets in the pre-sale and the prices for this one were MUCH higher than the last show at Prudential. Up to 3x and 4x higher for the same seats in the lower bowl/floor. Forgot to get screenshots for you, unfortunately, but hopefully this anecdotal evidence can help you investigate further for gate estimates.
