Under the current setup, if every section was fully opened, the capacity would be in the range of 33,237. Many sections, especially in the upper deck are partially opened. This has taken me several days to get a good feel for because of that. If the demand is there and they keep opening up more of the upper deck, they could hit 40K easily.

Another note is how expensive the floor ($300-$1000) and 100 level ($100-$350) seats are. This show will do a monster gate if they sell anywhere near the capacity. More on this coming later.

Here is the first screenshot I could get. Note the upper decks that were partially opened (every other row) and have since changed as you'll see in the 2nd screenshot, which is the most current look. You'll also notice a few upper decks added in the most recent screenshot. And one strategy they employ for these big shows is on the partially opened sections, as they sell, they open up more. What I mean by that is they'll start with every other row being up for sale and then if enough sell, they open up the entire front half of it (and eventually the back half but in this case no section in the upper deck is fully opened - if you zoom in on the map there's about 5 rows unopened in each section):
