Running Leeds and Sheffield is a bit odd as they’re 40 minutes away from each other and Manchester is less than hour away from Leeds, and Manchester is about the same from Liverpool. People from Leeds will regularly travel to Sheffield and Manchester for concerts, shows etc and presumably vice versa. Interesting that the two bigger cities in Leeds and Manchester are doing considerably worse than the other 2
