4 new sections in total - all $30. They rarely add sections with ~2K tickets remaining. You would think they would want to sell the currently available top level upper deck sections first before opening any new ones since those are the ones most visible on camera because even if you only sell the top 5 out, it will look really full.

They are likely also banking on new storylines that start post-Full Gear to start pushing sales again and this is halfway between Full Gear and Revolution, so i'd expect this to be a TV-PPV card.
