This toon is really kicking my ass...but I'm on it! \o/

This coming month could finally be the one, but it depends on my ability to color fast, coordinate the voice actors and recording the awesome music for this parody (80s inspired, just like the first DS3 cartoon!).

In these couple of weeks I also asked myself why this cartoon is taking me longer than my standards, despite my daily work schedule, and I came to the conclusion that, other parodies I did in the past were much more relaying on back and forth dialogues. Which means that it was easier to "recycle" elements, like backgrounds etc... This one instead is much more focused on going forward with constant action, which requires different unique assets in every scene. The use of frame-by-frame animation too is also very taxing on the production time. In addition, comparing this to the original Dork Souls 3, I've greatly improved the detail of the backgrounds! Not a smart choice in hindsight, but my motivation to improve my art is really strong, especially after the recent support from you, the fans. But I really believe that quality and detail can make something artistic more appealing to watch, and really stand the test of time.

If the support continues to grow, I'm considering to hire as soon as possible another artist to help me out speed up the process. So that the last chapter of Dork Souls 3 (Seasoned Knight) could be made faster, but without sacrificing quality. But it's not going to be easy to scout for someone. He or she, has to have a similar style to mine....but we will see, first things first! For now, I'm just extremely happy that you guys are this generous towards me and I'm able to continue making cartoons, with a better lifestyle too, which is very encouraging.

As always, I'm going to keep you posted on the production during this month and continue streaming on Twitch (not as often though, cause I need to concentrate more), so make sure to catch me when I'm live. I'm also going to release some additional sneak peeks.
