"In quite a pickle!"
Added 2018-07-13 21:04:35 +0000 UTCHey guys, first the good news. The cartoon is around 27 minutes + in the last edit, my ALL TIME longest. Still the pacing is awesome, despite the length.
So i kept quiet cause i was washed by rage during these last days but i managed to keep my cool and be "ZEN" and I just kept going, recording the music, which is finished. I'm just missing some "expressions" to record, which is kinda like short music to accentuate funny bits or danger. I'm also waiting for some last audio recordings from the v.actors. I just have to place them when they arrive. Hopefully asap..
Now here's why i'm in a pickle. During the last 4 days i had a HUGE hassle to deal with my internet connection. As you know, my router got struck by a lightning and i called the provider to come here and fix the line (i already changed the router). AND They HAVEN'T fixed the line in 4 days, and now I have depleted ALL my data, including 2 additional extra sim cards! I'm at my parent's house now, just to write this to you....Obviously this has thrown a huge wrench in my plans, being unable to communicate efficiently with the voice actors for last minute changes, and I lost time calling here and there to get assistance, as i was running short of phone data.
So it might be difficult to wrap everything up during the weekend honestly, but just know that as soon as i've got everything ready i'll just upload, no matter if it's during the week. I don't want to make you wait more, i'm just DONE! I just want to wrap this up guys, and have some vacation, damn it!
That said, I hope they fix my line asap (oh trust me....i will ask for a refund to the provider this month for the inconvenience!), cause the problem is not uploading the parody itself when is ready (which is still very heavy, around 6 gb), but the problem is NOT being able to stay connect from my studio during the upload, to monitor the situation. I can't be somewhere else or have a limited amount of data, if, let's say, i have to re upload for any reasons or, change something last second in the audio for copyright reasons. Anything can happen you know what i mean? I can't risk it, not now.
Please keep your fingers crossed for me, and for Seasoning Ash!

My own internet has its share of problems, and it cutting out for nearly a week back in 2016 was what finally prompted me to get a cell phone after years of holding out. Even here in Canada, the phone companies drag their feet when it comes to fixing things. It just sucks that after all the work you've put into this project, an obstacle comes along at the last second. In any case, hope your internet is back soon - you're absolutely right about the uploading process, and needing a stable connection. All your fans are cheering you on!

But this time i heard a huge lightning and like a super high frequency sound in my living room. Like hitting something with a stick super loud. CLACK! Very weird. It must have damaged the cable that come from the outside into my house.
