They added several rows to some of the upper decks opposite of the camera.

It looks like they did so for now I'm giving them credit for it. Stubhub indicates there are tickets out for those sections. More important to them is getting the upper deck more filled up since that is far more visible on TV than the hard cam sections, even lower bowl ones.
