I think the building is inexpensive compared to other major buildings and the ticket prices for this are a tick more expensive than normal. Also, the building has good acoustics as the roof is pretty low for a place with 6,000 -6,500 capacity so it sounds awesome on TV. Lots of reasons that add up.
