AEW Revolution weekend presale mess

If you secured your tickets for any of the individual events or the combo package, you might be one of the lucky few.

Both the combo package event and the Revolution event on Ticketmaster are currently down (11:52AM ET) and are showing a countdown for tomorrow. Both were up and seemingly working for a little bit after the presale started. Then the combo package started erroring for many.

None of the events had a Ticket map to begin with which was a huge mistake. It could be on Ticketmaster's end because of the many events and crossover involved but either way, many reached out to me to express their displeasure. 10 times out of 10 fans want to be able to select their seats. Not having the map threw off those unfamiliar with the setup for this arena. 

67 minutes later a ticket map emerged for both the combo package and the Revolution individual sale but something was wrong and similar seats were available in both and that's obviously a mistake. Shortly after, both were taken down and that is for the best until they get this resolved with Ticketmaster. The maps emerging when they did frustrated those who wanted to be able to pick their seats even more. 

Some benefitted from what appears to be an initial pricing snafu as well. A few reached out and showed screenshots of very favorably priced seats for the combo package, including a $60 price tag for a ticket on the floor to all 3 events. 

I received dozens of complaints about the entire experience. Some did get their tickets and were happy with the seats (especially those who benefitted from getting the cheaper price which I would think would be honored). Lucky for AEW this is only the presale and they have some time to sort this out but still, for certain events, the majority of sales happen during the presale so there is some risk in losing out from those people who might have given up (a few expressed to me they just don't have time to sort through the errors while at work).
