The upper decks are back. Mostly. If you remember, the back several rows weren't opened and now they are (while those other seats that were available are gone).

I do not understand the approach in prices with the upper decks, they could sell them easily at 20, and that´s better than just pricing them at 40 and not sell a lot.

2023-04-19 02:28:46 +0000 UTCI wonder what they did. I mean, those are the seats to give away or do a deal on if you were going to. They will be able to light up some of the upper deck for the first time I think ever in Pittsburgh
