A rush of tickets looked promising for this but a lot of it turned out to be a false alarm. Below you'll see the sequence of events. In the end, they removed the upper decks for now (those did not sell out). None of the 200s were opened at first. A few were added once they took the 300s down. My assumption is, like last time they were here and sold it out, they held those 200s back until the general public sale because they knew they would sell fast and they'd rather sell more of the 300s if possible. Anyway, tomorrow will tell us some more. This was a very quick turnaround for a show announcement. If you feel so inclined, add a few hundred for the upper decks that sold. Those aren't included in this count (but I did count a few 200 levels in full and I never saw those open fully so it would make up the difference).

Current map:

First image I got:

8 minutes later and it looked like this one was going to move a lot of tickets fast but it turned out to be a false alarm. Scalpers/brokers/anyone can hold tickets for 15 minutes at a time to see how things are moving on the map before determining if they should buy more or not. Whatever seats you see gone in the upper decks below (mostly) came back as evidenced by the screenshot below it.

A little before the upper decks were removed. I sent this image to someone to illustrate that not all of the section 101 regular priced seats sold (they added several high priced platinum seats around this time). You can see some of the upper deck sold but not a significant amount:

The moment they took away the upper decks and added the 2 hard cam sections. The section on the bottom left front 3 rows weren't opened. And the front several for the other section to the right of it also not opened:

Comments

A little over 15k. If they get there in the short time window they have, it'll still be very impressive, even if it wasn't as rapid a seller as First Dance

Even after my follow up response, people still weren't quite understanding what was happening.

How many fans last time?

It was funny seeing people quote the original tweet saying the usual stuff about Punk “selling it out on a rumour again!” when I don’t think that’s gonna happen this time. Being coy about Punk and trying to make lighting strike twice when he’s turned a lot of fans against him now doesn’t feel like the right play for me, but I guess this isn’t the spot to really talk about that.
