Another sizable move of tickets here but it happened suddenly so if I had to bet, some comps were handed out. Some of the good remaining floor tickets are still pretty pricey so maybe they're hoping to make some of this up there (well, as much as they can make back). The cheapest standard ticket is CA $54.75 ea (CA $35.00 + CA $19.75 fees, including taxes). They are still offering a Me + 3 Offer which is CA $16.50 (CA $10.00 + CA $6.50 fees, including taxes) per ticket but you must buy 4 in total ($66 + whatever other fees they add in) which is a great deal. I'm guessing they can live with this number now (I've seen them make worse numbers look fine on TV even in big arenas) so I don't expect another big jump from this point unless they announce a huge match on Dynamite or if they sell all of the me+3 tickets.

Agreed that those who purchased seats up there were likely moved down and that could explain some of this but they didn't sell a lot up there. Good point to bring up though.

2023-06-20 18:41:40 +0000 UTCI could be wrong, but I believe that AEW officially closing off the upper level (that was originally for sale) might have to do with some of those lower level seats being “sold”. AEW is going to have to move those who originally bought upper level seats down to the lower level, which means they have to make them unavailable.
