WWE brings Fastlane PLE to Indianapolis, IN

It marks the first premium live event to emanate from Indianapolis in seven years. WWE Fastlane will stream live exclusively on Peacock in the U.S. and WWE Network everywhere else.

Would have made sense to chain Fastlane in with the Indy 500 or Brickyard 200. I'm wondering if the car theme is why they picked Indianapolis though, especially since they changed what month it's in.

2023-06-20 23:17:50 +0000 UTCFastlane was always the PLE between Rumble and Mania until they resurrected Elimination Chamber so I'm guessing they decided to get rid of the Extreme Rules PLE (since there is never anything extreme about that show) and replace it with an established PLE that doesn't rely on gimmick matches instead of creating a new one.
