Having let myself experience both sides of the affair equation now, I have to say, this advice is spot on. You can justify, reverse reason all you want - but at the end of the day, morals aside, thinking through with some logicality of why one would enter into such an arrangement, what they want and knowing when to get out is absolutely essential. In addition to your content, exiting out of either side of the affair equation for me required an additional layer of exit strategy which was just as stressful, if not more, than the affair itself. For me, it didnt feel like playing with fire, it felt like playing with a Nuclear Bomb ready to detonate at any point for any reason.

Strange it was to have a biological father, but never having a father (here I will not further bring up the fact that my biological mother was nothing but evil). You affirm that of which I learned the very hard way... such it is with this video's message. Everything in my lifetime has been trial and error. How I got to 63+ I have not a clue for all the mistakes that I have made. What works for others is great, but for me I had to, for my own shortcomings, been celibate for quite a while. You clarify often why I should be.
Addendum: Wrote that previous stuff while a little anebreated, and as such it sounds stupid-ish, but it made sense to me for knowing all that I was thinking at the time of which I failed to add to the comment.

But do not forget that as much as you want and need to move forward, you may encounter the reality that things in "1.0-ish" need to be refined, you obviously not knowing that until now for being within the realm of your current "2.0"...
