By my experience, worst than a female boss is a a male boss that priorities female happiness in the work environment. That was my biggest nightmare in the office work, it was awful!!!!

Six seconds in and I already have to toally agree from years of personal experience. A female boss is trouble. I could write books on how female nature creates all kinds of problems that interfere with them being good leaders. Especially the tendecy to function on emotion rather than rationality, passive aggressive behaviour and indirect communication. There are exceptions, but I would not suggest anybody bet their career on your prospective female boss being such an exception. Avoid if possible.

I had a female boss in corporate a few years ago and she was batshit crazy. The b was French and had more mood swings and personalities than spots on a dalmatian. Working for her was a nightmare. She had to debate me pretty much everything and we would spend useless hours and energy until she agreed that I was correct and she wasn't. Then she would say we were spending too much time on these analyses. Lucky, I found better paying jobs with better male bosses after that.

As someone who has had bosses in hospitals, the women do better at managing the departments but the men at the top chief executive positions get the best results.

These days, if you work for a corporation, you'll inevitably have a female boss at some point in your career. I've had good female bosses and good male bosses. I also had not so good female bosses and not so good male bosses. As you put it, they're just different, but not necessarily better than the other. So, the lesson is try and adapt to both styles of work if you're going to be an employee.

It's opposite for me. My boss who is female, is results oriented and scolds us (men) when the job is not completed. She couldn't care less about a conducive work environment. But with the female staff, she never scolds them and cares very much about keeping a conducive work environment.

Just got a job since I am 18 years old, and this alone made subscribing to Patreon worth it.

I’ve dumped 2 female bosses and both tear it up n got red eyed and red faced n felt sad n rejected n got angry n confused... I had to tell them they’ll be okay n I’m no good ect to leave without full water works n being called a dick... I dumped them because one wanted to fuck me n it was disgusting... the other insulted me when I did the company n her a solid ... I also felt repulsed by her idea of success but did want to f her... she was very cute but I didn’t have a problem sex tension wise w/ her -

Good good video, I have learned some stuff, I work in a mixed environment and I would say that female coworkers are worst than female bosses cause they all think they are the boss. The uglier they are the more bossy they become. Especially those entitled on the younger side landwhales with tatooes and piercings and other red flags. So I try to avoid them but in general I never had problems with 'official' female bosses and cute coworkers. Some were horrible, some were cool and fair. But yeah I think that what Gonzalo said STILL makes total sense in general... A lot of my male coworkers come from other countries so they all think that western girls are crazy but they still fuck them with pleasure on the side. And almost all of them think more government is the solution...

To claim that the current load of corporate career women are not result-driven, is simply untrue. They are more agressive compared to some of these soy-eating guys. They like to present the illusion of a smooth working environment by organising team dinners, bullshit teambuildings and afterwork get-togethers. Which is one of the most unpleasant things you can imagine in a toxic working environment. If you don't join these fake events, and don't want to join the feel-good lie they are trying to present, they will bully you to no end. If you have female bosses or a lot of female colleagues: run. Take another job. The relentless gossipping which consists mostly of lies, the drama, the disrespect you get as a man, it is not worth it.

Also, I think there is tendency for MEDIOCRE women to shoot down men as a way of making some bullshit feminist point. Many women love power trips if they're in a position of authority and will take pleasure in firing a man just because she can fuck him up. Maybe it's something women with daddy issues like to do.

This is sooooo true. CRP is spot on. I had a TERRIBLE experience with a female boss right after college. Swore an oath to myself to never again make that mistake.

Well, you can use it in your benefit to balance things, if you have a male figure in the position of leadership to focus on his part. Like they have in Space X COO Gwynne Shotwell who manages the more human things like sales and human relations. While Elon is building whatever fuck he wants :D

I think in this man-hating and boss lady-idolizing culture, our natural tendencies are being so muted that rather than playing to our strengths, we spend our time trying to be the other sex and we all lose out. Equally valuable, but not identical!

Wow! I feel like you made this because of our chat a few weeks ago about me in the office with a bunch of females! All the women that I’ve worked for though are the opposite. They LOVE the drama and stirring stuff up but the men like the calm. Thanks for the tips though!

I'm in tech, oftentimes supporting women bosses in the marketing department. Being easy to get along with and a good communicator, good listener makes them absolutely love working with me and my job very easy. They are so used to asshole tech guys, they will fight to keep working with me. Just food for thought!

I have had a rough job time since getting laid off by a female boss. My boss and her boss were both females. Since, looking for a job, I had a rough time. I got another female boss. Guess who got laid off. Guess who said to himself, DO I HAVE A BAD TIME WITH FEMALE BOSSES?

Also, with a male boss you can duke it out in a meeting all you want (as long as it’s related to the business) and then go to happy hour together as if nothing had happened. With a female boss she will hold a grudge against you and make working hell for you until the day you quit.

my first boss out of college was a woman and it was thee worst working experience i’ve ever had, debatably worse than the second worst during my time at fedex who happened to be a woman also. my first boss only cared about how funny/charismatic her staff was and how well they kissed her misandristic, selfish, manipulative, angry, self-hating ass. she cared nothing about how well i performed and the effort i put into my work. she fired me because i didn’t “fit in” because i was shy and quiet. she talked shit behind anyone’s back (who was pretty much everyone) who she felt was “stupid” or didn’t kiss her ass and make her laugh well. she ruined my early-mid 20s because i left that job lost, confused and unsure of my abilities. i didn’t have the guidance to know that that was just a bad experience and every job in finance after wouldn’t be identical. if there is a woman in charge of a department i would not apply for that job. not to be sexist but it’s just me playing it safe. they care too much about things that do not matter in the workplace.
