I made a killing in 2000 / 2001 going to bankruptcy auctions, buying the assets of tech companies that had failed after the tech bubble. Another auction avalanche is coming. this is a nice side hustle gentlemen... consider it. 8)

Taiwan is the line in the sand and Trump just stepped over it. It's a dangerous game of chicken... If your economy is going into depression levels also increases the risk of a war IMHO.

A mantra I have used in the past " I am completely independent of the GOOD or BAD opinions of others." Say this to yourself 5 minutes every day for 2 weeks. It really helps to change your mindset.

Coach, many thanks for re-recording this webinar. I was so bummed that I missed the original run, but so glad you made it available again. One thing I disagree with you on though, is the position ragarding a potential war with China and using a situation with Imperial Japan during WWII as an example. You mentioned that there were provoked by the economic sanctions of the US, and thus were almost forced to attack Pearl Harbor. I've done some research on this topic and would disagree with that statement. Around that time, Japan was expanding rapidly into neighboring regions, mainly China, many times stepping over American interests. The atrocities that the Japanese army was committing in Manchuria are absolutely blood chilling and make even some of the Nazi crimes pale in comparison. Mass executions, testing chemical and biological weapons on people, and so on. They were repeatedly warned by the US to stop doing that or suffer economic consequences. Note that they were given a fair warning many times and were not threatened militarily. Fast forward to today, if we want to use the same example with China, I agree that we should not antagonize them for no reason, however they need to be held responsible for the whole Covid situation. The best way would be economic sanctions and via a mass manufacturing exodus from China, unless they voluntarily agree to pay reparations for all the damage their lies and cover-ups have cost. If that results in them taking it as a provocation and lead to a war, then this war was probably inevitable, as the only other option would be to just roll over for them and pretend like nothing happened, which will only kick the can down the road. That's all, just wanted to share my thought since I unfortunately couldn't participate in the live discussion. Keep up the good work!

At long last, thank you Coach!
