Mostly correct, but I think even if trump wins, he's going to eventually be forced to go along. He's already funding the gates owned vaccine initiative (forgot the name). In addition, there aren't really many countries open to US citizens, so fleeing isn't really an option unless you want to go to those few countries. And I don't believe any of those countries have english speakers.
