I really appreciate the coach sharing these type of things. I have seen only about 5% of the content so far, but I am upset in the fact that I had to learn a lot of what I've seen the hard way. I didn't have any resource like this while still having plenty of men in my life like a decent dad, uncles, sport coaches, etc. But these dudes basically taught me nothing about life or women. In my opinion they are not real men, half men for not knowing these things and if they did they are even worse for not mentoring us. I hear a lot this "Red Pill" advice is for men that didn't have fathers, etc. so as in my case, it is clearly not. The coach's advice is for anyone (men and women) and also for men raised by dads that didn't have to deal with all this crap in life- like a bad woman or bad business partners (i had both like the Coach too) or that did and just didn't share the knowledge. A lot of dad's are just lazy and just sit on the couch all day and watch sports, don't try and start a business, avoid contact with others, have a good woman to serve them, etc. My dad actually tells me, to this day, he doesn't want to give me advice because he is afraid that I will take it and then get upset at him if it doesn't go well. It really pisses me off and is hurtful since he is a really successful guy that has shit together, always. He hasn't nearly as much experience in me in many things though (I'm 37 years old). So when you are a dad go out and learn life lessons then teach them to your kids. Although, I don't agree with a good chunk of what CRP says (basically all the stuff about fornication), just about all the other stuff is golden advice that no one should take lightly. It will save you so much strife, time and money. God bless you coach. You're a hero.

Excellent! I need this for so long... embrace flaw and become stronger! Yes I am alive!

Apologies if this comment isn't super sympathetic to the social anxiety people.I have experienced lots of this in the past in high school, and all through my entire 20's when I became a massive pot-head.There is a saying "What you fight, you become".Maybe its just in your words,or maybe you are actively fighting something and this perhaps could be making it worse for you, highlighting a supposed "failing".The Coach said something in one of his vids to the effect of practice social interaction at every opportunity with everyone you meet-grocery clerk is an easy example,or delivery guy.It will be forced at first, but will come naturally soon enough.I still have to force it to this day sometimes if spend too much time alone, I have low energy levels or zero interest in the social niceties at times.Rock on peoples....

Same. I switch the attention from me towards them, that is when I talk to someone I think of who they are, how they think and why, what can I learn from them, it helps. Meditation helps too.

Everyday I fight against social anxiety (self conscious).

Great video!
