Ultimately the newspapers job is to sell newspapers. How they do this is of little importance. To smear someone or misrepresent their ideas is of little importance. If anything its simply the cost of doing business. Whether its the New York Times or the national Enquirer, they're in the same business. Since the start of the newspapers peoples viewpoints have been misrepresented. Take it with a grain of salt and keep going. No need to have a thin skin when others are in the same predicament. People aren't interested in knowing the facts. They just want to believe their lives don't suck as much as the next person . Thats why there are newspapers.
