What about the thirteenth salary, known as the end-of-year bonus? It is too little to handle it as a passive income stream, but treating it as Chrismas gift also doesn't bring much. I am personally sticking with the Coachs tip to save quarter of the gross salary and doing the same with the bonus, but shouldn't I rather shift my whole bonus into investments?

So insightful

I’ve had a guy like that in my life... I learned very quickly he would try and come up with how he couldn’t pay his bills. I told him not my fucking problem. Blocked his number and social media because he kept trying. The funny thing is that he’s red pilled dude that’s extremely smart(even beat me in a chess match). There was a point where he mentioned he knew how to use advanced methods of NLP(didn’t really understand it at the time), once I put pieces together I cut the connection completely. Being an asshole has really saved my life on multiple occasions!

THis was great advice. There's so much more to having money than people realize. They think it's easy for rich people to hold onto money, but it isn't.

At best 300 k can get you 30 k per year in stock on average, much better to start your own business or invest in real estate because mortgage rates are low (3%) you can leverage your money on real estate

You have no idea how much I appreciate not just new thoughts, but confirmation of thoughts that I have no one with whom I can share said thoughts. Thank you.

Not to offer any investment advice, but if you don't quite have enough to get into real estate directly, and don't want to mess around on stock markets, check out REIT (Real Estate Investment Trusts). Wikipedia REIT and you can find out for yourself. That is all I will say about this.

I got my little pot of gold about a year ago, but alas it's not enough for a real investment (would prefer real estate). Anyone wanna share any potential investments? I would prefer physical assets tho, have no idea about stock markets and such.

great video, Coach, if one got a pot like $200-$300K, how one should manage and grow this? If he has a regular job, can he grow these with stocks or other financial products? I know you have much experience in this topic. Thanks.

Did exactly as you told not to.
Got a pile of money(almost 6 figures) from a side business, and my boss, after finding out, asked if he could delay my wages a few days because he was having a hard time, i said "a few days, sure".
Long story shot, he owes me 9 months of wages, I no longer work for him.
