Just an extra treat.

Special Webinar: The Week In Review with The Duran

Women who believe in witchcraft, healing crystals, "vibrations", hanging out in the woods naked, filling their house with "cleansing smoke" and warding off evil spirits ... and they vote. If scientology can get tax-free status as a religion, why not these believers?

lol, thanks, Maktown!

2 things — I actually use your videos from time to time as a response to certain people in certain debates on twitter and facebook. EXAMPLE: When people are talking about whether or not they should get a tattoo, or if someone having a bunch of tats "means anything"… I will post your videos "Tattoos Are A Sign" and "Girls with Tattoos" videos, as opposed to me typing up a full diatribe to them. — 2. I would like to see you do a video speaking on these women who believe in witchcraft and that they themselves are witches. It's a whole genre of women who believe in healing crystals and "vibrations" and hanging out in the woods naked… who light sage on fire and fill up their house with a shitty smoke smell because they believe they are cleansing the house of evil spirits. These are the same women who believe in astrology and that their astrological sign means something. Everything is spiritual bullshit with them. That way, I can post THAT video as a response.

Yes, I second this. Anyone have any suggestions?

I enjoy the conversations with the Duran and have subbed to their channel as well. However I would like to get other and possibly contrasting perspectives on geopolitics as well. Anyone have suggestions?

It's Night watch for me

Theme song for The Weekly Week in Review should be "View to a Kill" (or at least just the intro beat).

On the SCOTUS and mortgage moritorium - there's one clause in the Constitution itself, that is the body of the Constitution itself (not the Bill of Rights, for example) that explicitly identifies a protected right that government cannot infringe at any level (including State level) (Most of the Bill of Rights rights have been incorporated by extension). And that is the non-imparement of contracts. SCOTUS has had rulings on this twice in American history. Once this year, and once in 1934 (home building and loan v. blaisdell). And both times SCOTUS said, in effect "whatever" The ruling on the Official Press vs. Independent Media in Britain is also a sign of the times. You can see the same attitude developing here, where the Official Press is seen as a sort of guild among the ruling class, and independent journalists aren't part of the club. No rulings on it...yet. But I don't think it will be too long before this becomes official instead of just informal (which still often has teeth behind it, as many people have experienced first-hand in the crackdowns and deplatformings).
