I made the same mistake when I was young. I wish that I had internet dad back in the 90s so I wouldn’t have to unnecessarily lose out. Hopefully is video is posted on the free YouTube channel. I think this advice extends even further beyond just women, as you hinted at in the beginning. Too many men nowadays vent their emotions online. The Internet is not your therapist either. I follow some people with large followings who vent on Twitter, and all it ever does is make me respect them less.

You said that it's ok to vent to therapists, and I'm thinking how all my therapists never actually helped me and just took a lot of money. And then I remembered that I've read about someone better than a therapist: Hire an escort and vent to her. She will help you just as much (which is not very much), but at least she is much cheaper lol.
