I would like to recommend you a book called "guns germs and steel" that will prove to you way you are wrong in this video. Darwin described the process of biological diversity that we see in nature that occurred by the pressures from the outside world on organisms. that means that the outside world circumstances dictates what variation of a biological machine will survive. if the organism adapts to the outside world circumstances or developed a way to live in it without dying, than its passes his gene. that's why you can see kinds of animals in one part of the world but not in other parts, because they adapt to live biologically in a certain environment. its a mixed thing, you have nature and nurture that dictates reality. what you are saying is that only because some people have a kind of advantage in their impulse control, they do less crime.. it is true in some sense but not in the big picture. put the same person in a different environment and he will grow to react differently to it.

on the point of africa not growing economically. africa is a geographical nightmare it consist of multiple plateaus and has very few navigable rivers so they rather trade with the nations with ships than their neighbours. Cultures comes from different races of people that have lived separately from very long periods of time. Culture doesn't simply come out of the ground you walk in the country you where raised, it comes out of people's brains. This is why there is now multiculturalism instead of assimilation. We used to have white cultural supremacy, now that has been forbade in the West. Non-whites largely do not want or cannot perform white cultures. If you transported Africans to Korea one generation later you wouldn't get more Korean culture. Because they are a different race, different levels of average IQ and rates of testosterone this would effect how their culture would become. Therefore evolution dictates culture. Everyone cannot become equally intelligent, talented etc. If the goal was to make everyone equal regardless of the outcome we would have to debase & genocides ourselves by being forced to race mix into one race and it one supremacist culture. This would have to come from force of international communism which is what the left is trying to do. This culture would likely give inferior output to the 1st world of the West & East Asia because they would have to mix with billions of lower average IQ of Africans, the Middle East and Latin Americans. If the elites really wanted a better outcome for all it would be to re-segregate nationally. Then the nations with the most functioning economies tell other nations how the should run themselves based upon their own abilities.

I don't think Darwin's Theory is 100% correct. It makes 1 point clear: some "groups" of people or to make it crystal social milleus will always have it difficult to change. Not only cus of their genetics but also on the behaviourl level. It's consent among scientists that about 60% is in the genes and 40% in the way we get threated in our early age up to until about 15.

I honestly think the 13% is a culturally issue, as a black man myself that has many black friends there is a culture amongst black people in America of violence, that needs to be stopped, some of it is inherited of course, but every group of people has inherently violent people. But the black culture, more specifically the hip hop culture is the issue thst causes the violence in America, Just look at black people in the 1920's on up to the 80's we literally were not do any thing to anyone. Only in the last 40 years did we have this issue

Coincidentally, I'm Swiss and have held social-Darwinistic convictions for many years, although in a more individualistic way. At the same time, we need to acknowledge the bell-curve distributions and the size of the overlap between groups and acknowledge that humans as cultural animals are also to a considerable degree determined by their surroundings growing up based on the conformity of their character, although this is nowhere close to 100% contrarily to what lefties like to think. Since you've read Damore's paper, we're probably on the same page, so I wrote this comment just to balance the picture. The reason social darwinism gets a bad rap is of course that crude early science and even pseudo-science riddled with nationalistic confirmation bias has been put into gruesome policy when the NS-Regime would categorise their citizens based on the superficiality of religious affiliation over as little as 2 generations and choose to integrate or enslave and kill conquered subjects based on physiognomic affinity to their own populace instead of judging people on what truly matters in humans, their actual character. The geopolitical movements that lead up to these regrettable events are too manifold to discuss here. Conclusively, the implementation of Darwinism in human society has already found its optimal form in free-market capitalism if only in its idealised form, ignoring stratification through compound interest and government corruption.
