I'm a third of the way into this webinar and it is reallygood stuff, thanks CRP. Just want to add that there's a guy on YouTube called Dan Peña who has seriously good info on how to hire accountants, lawyers, a chairman for a board, directors. Also some gems about how to deal with banks and the mindsets and incentives/priorities/motivations each different party have. Not something that would be intuitive for a newbie. Coming from zero experience but it all makes sense and ties in with what CRP is saying in terms of getting referrals etc.

could you do more business related videos? you told us before you buy real estate properties. could you make videos about how to make them properly? what to look for? stuff like that

Thanks Lira, your advice was really good and you did a very Structured presentation. I would love if you could do a full seminar on Game in relationships and business. No one talks about this. And relate it to how you identify new business Ideas if there is a Method. Anyway, Thanks a lot!
