One thing to keep in mind is if interest rates go up, which seems likely to counteract inflation, home prices will certainly fall. So the money you potentially save with inflation is lost by the home value decreasing.

Hey CPR, firstly I love your channel, insight and wild stories. Without sounding too typical, but I can relate to your transient and international nomadic nature. Currently living in a remote part of Australia working with indigenous people although I’m half Dutch. Enjoy the tall Dutch remark, I’m average or short if you will, grew up at points surrounded by Dutch giants. Productive people enjoy the company of productive people regardless of race. It just so happens the distribution of productive people across the races is heavily unbalanced.

Just an aside. Not all not all not all BUT MOST people of my race tend to do extremely stupid things and waste most of their time drinking,drugging, and partying. That does not mean I have to engage. Also Jared I have been looked down on as a "minority" yet am doing very well. In fact better than 90% of Americans while being still pretty young. There have been stuff said to my face about my race, but it is no big deal. Just take a chill pill and get work done.
