Thanks coach. Just left my FANG job to start my company. What really pushed me was remembering the times when I worked in a pastry factory. It was an all men's team. We would throw puns all day about how badly we wanted bang our colleague's sister, or calling the guys to check out the hot chick who just entered shop or telling our fat colleague "shut the f*ck up fatass" ( he didn't give a rats ass lol). Man I miss this manly, "toxic" atmosphere. I want to create mine.

As always, coal releases more of these heavy metals than photovoltaics but then again, coal also releases more radiation than nuclear. My god, the Germans are dumb.

That was hella interesting. Here in my country, the solar panel system people buy is suppose to pay for it self within 8-10 years. But I can’t imagine the horrors the home owners will go through once the panels needs to be cleaned up due to deterioration

Coach did not touch on geothermal energy here... it's a steady type of energy (involves mining for heat from under the earth), but it also has similar challenges as other RE sources - high up-front cost of capital, and difficult to predict capacity in both the short and long-term.

Hey Coach… I know topic is solar… but a lot of people saying it’s time to protest in the USA. I looked at the funding stats on the donate tab and was surprised how little has been donated after being plugged by Bob Malone on Rogan w/50m views. WTF…. Less than 50k raised so far of a 500k goal. Any solution that touts 'low carbon' and doesn't include nuclear in the mix is a scam. Unfortunately however even nuclear options are ripping off the bill payer as they are being implemented inefficiently.
