Respectfully agree overall, but will disagree with the point that it's a problem in "the West". Spent 12+ years in Korea, China, Japan and recently some European countries. In comparison, the USA is the least fearful of covid and has the fewest hypochondriac little bitches running the place. East Asians (especially Koreans) are 100X more fearful little Karen bitches. I am going to be 63 on February 2nd. I have only been sick five times in my life (small pox, chicken pox, mumps and the flu twice). I think this vaccine stuff is stupid and counter productive. In order to get out of the U.S., I had to get the jab twice plus the booster because of the illegal vaccine passports. I didn't like it but I am now out of the U.S. and am now free. I’ve always had a proclivity for “Gallows Humor”, and I’ve always had a very dark sense of humor, I’ve been trying to use this humor to snap people out of it. To me it seems like everyone else is in a daze, they aren’t connected the dots or drawing conclusions from incomplete data (intentionally incomplete) I’m just trying to do my little part to get things ACTUALLY back to normal, to sow any sort of critical thinking into those around me, to point out just one or two things, or to mock Covid, to bring up the survival rate, sometimes I joke about how driving to someones house or to a store or somewhere, how I passed the “Mass Graves of those killed by covid” It’s incredibly morbid! But it allows for a contrast to be made, between the feeling we have of that reality, and the current reality where things are not actually that bad
