Hey Gonzalo. Really appreciate all of your content so far. Having had both male and female assistants I have experienced what you talked about here on this video. I do have a follow up question, spanning from both curiosity and the changes in today's job market. Would it also make sense if a female assistant who is older, perhaps an empty nester who is looking for work (a woman with grown up children who lead their own lives), a woman in her late 40's or even early 50's. Would the type of maternal instinct and concienciousness still apply to this kind of woman, for her to do the kind of work you described? Provided of course the level of energy, quality attitude, and the willingness to get things done is present.
