Little Town of Horrors: Sketchbook Rewards

I tried going more of the digital painting route with this one, which I need more practice on, so the progression is in three stages instead of four, because for the most part there aren't any distinct 'outlines', they're semi painted in. I need more practice with this stuff so I'm likely to try more pics like this in the future.
