Not to go all peanut gallery, but I really do hope the "no old characters" policy is reconsidered. If I didn't like old stuff, I wouldn't be interested in a franchise that's been chugging along since 1991. Nongame characters fill roles that can't easily be assigned to game characters, and seeing all but a handful of characters get tossed in the bin every few years has easily become the most depressing part of following Sonic media.
