Some clarification and updates about priority Q&A scheduling

Priority means that you will get your question answered sooner than the standard queue, but it doesn't necessarily guarantee that your question will be answered the same week that you asked it. Please understand that we've been getting so many priority Q's lately that some may have to be bumped to a future episode for scheduling, time constraints and/or to spare Ian's still-fragile voice. Rest assured that we aren't intentionally snubbing you or your questions; it's purely a matter of logistics. I hope you guys understand. Thanks!
