In Issue 3 of the IDW comics, Knuckles and Sonic rescue a town that Rough and Tumble had taken over. They are first greeted by a dog who had his Drill Wispon stolen. (Just in case, here are some pics of him: https://imgur.com/a/Jj4lhLu) He reminds me a lot of Ben Muttski. Was Muttski an inspiration for this character, and also, what is his name?

I had a bit of a curiosity about Zavok's cell accommodations. He seems the type that could quite easily just break the iron bars before going on a tear through of the prison before leaving. Is there a reason for this? Like, do the Hover Guns prevent runaways by getting them suspended in air, or is there a set of tranquillizer darts that they couldn't gather together for the guy fast enough? Why didn't he break the bars, I guess, is what I'm asking.

Hi Ian and Kyle! Long time listener, first time caller. I’ve got a question for Ian: When designing Jewel the Beetle, I remember sega wasn’t entirely keen on another bug character, and that if the beetle design wasn’t approved, you’d just pick another species. So, for a fun hypothetical, what other animals do you think you would have pitched that would’ve still fit your story? Love you guys!

Is it ever explained anywhere why Omega isn't powered by a small animal, despite the rest of the E-series being so?

This is only a hypothetical question. If Abyss was offered a job that ended up getting her more money than being an Egg Boss, would she betray Eggman to take that job, even if it was on the heroes side? She seems like a character that would do anything for money.

i was rereading the old archive universe comics w/ eclipse and team dark’s dynamic felt much more close-knit as opposed to the more recent idw comics where they feel like work acquaintances. do you think they’ll ever return to what they were before? on that note, do you prefer their older or newer dynamic?

Hey! Just wanted to express real quick how much I adored the latest idw sonic issue!! It was super heartwarming all the way around. Including seeing Shadow take a step into character development, it made me and many others super happy. As well as it was something I was hoping for and kept imaging he would eventually go through since the incident of #19. We love to see it!

I was curious what were the details of that moment you wanted to write about? You mentioned awhile back you had to adjust it some, but the essence of the moment was still there. Is it cool if you share those details with us? And perhaps why you had to if you’re allowed to share. I was always curious of the kind of mandates SEGA has on Shadow.

I remember hearing that you had plans to do a Sonic Lost World adaptation for the Archie Comics. Were there going to be differences/deviations from the game similar to how you did the Sonic Unleashed adaptation, if so what were they?

My name is Hamsterdam and I have a question about the Sonic IDW series regarding the character ''Neo Metal Sonic''. I am curious as to know if there is a canon height for the character as I remember in the comics that one of the reasons why Sonic wasn't convinced that the ''Eggman'' he saw was the real deal because he had already seen Mr. Tinker beforehand. If he didn't see Mr. Tinker before confronting Neo Metal Sonic in disguise, could he have mistaken Neo Metal Sonic as Eggman because they are the same height? I also ask this because ''Eggman'' is seen bending down to confront Sonic indicating that ''Eggman'' was taller than Sonic. If you could respond to my question I would be most grateful.
