Question; Sorry to bring up the two worlds again, but if humans live in one world and Sonic and the others live in "Sonic's World" then (technically speaking and going off of what has been said about it) does that mean Eggman is from the human world? His grandfather and Maria would be from that world too, which would also mean Shadow is also from the human world as well. I'm sorry to bring this up again. Love your world.

Q: So, I've been thinking (A dangerous pastime, I know).

If Zeti can control anything that has an electrical current running through them, could one of them hypothetically hijack Shadow's Shoes? Or do they just turn off when he's just walking, and it could only work if he's skating around?

I'm asking because I don't think Prof. Gerald would have known about Zeti, so they might not have EM Shielding.

And if they could, which Zeti would be most likely to steal Shadow's Shoes?

@Ian: In a previously kasted bumble, you answered a question regarding Tangle, Whisper, and Jewel's favorite foods, mentioning Jewel going to town on double sauced wings to the point where it could potentially be detrimental to the Flicky, I'm sorry, Cluckie population. Does this mean that Mobians do consider Mobinis to be a food source?

If so, which otherwise I would like to see Jewel explain why she's been eating them, which one do you think is the tastiest? What are in those chili dogs Sonics always eating?

Hey Ian, there's a panel in issue 29 of idw that's stuck with me.Its the one where we see sonics perspective reaching out for silver. Did you have this exact imagery while writing? It's still chilling to me to this day.

Hey Ian, what would you personally say some of your biggest mistakes and regrets with regards to writing sonic are? Specifically stuff that can be squarely "blamed" on you, no "this thing didn't turn out right because of outside forces like archie editorial or sega mandates making me compromise what I was going for and the result wasn't that good", but "yeah my bad I screwed the pooch there of my own accord". Other than what you did with Charmy pre reboot, Everyone knows about what you did with Charmy pre reboot. Your Mom knows about what you did with Charmy pre reboot. Your daughter knows about what you did with Charmy pre reboot. The little man in your shoe knows about what you did with Charmy pre reboot.

On a related note, were there any ideas you had that Editorial or Sega said "no" to that in retrospect you're like "thank god they stopped me, what was I thinking with that idea"?

For Tangle & Whisper we got character cards that gave us basic information about the new characters, including their ages, but I noticed that it wasn't the case for Bad Guys, which brings me to ask... How old is Starline? I know he must be an adult, but what's his age?

In issue 14, Silver holds Metal Sonic in place with his psychokinesis, so how is it that Metal Sonic falls through the warp hole that Dr. Starline opens beneath him if he’s being held? The only thing I can think of is that Silver’s psychokinetic hold acted more like pushing Metal Sonic downward, but that wouldn’t seem to line up with what we’ve seen of his psychokinesis before?

To Ian: Since IDW's newest character, Belle is Evan Stanley's idea, did you have any sort of small creative involvement with the creation of the character, or is it all Evan? If so, how do you feel about her so far? I personally can't wait to see more of Belle as she is one of the most unique characters we've had yet.

To Kyle: What are your personal thoughts on the recently released PS5 and new Xbox consoles? Do any of them look like something worth looking into later on in the future when more games are out, or is it PC all the way?

Dear Strong Bad (oops, sorry, I meant Ian and Kyle),

Hello! My question is for Ian, and it’s about the chao. I have always wondered if chao are considered animals on Sonic’s world. Of course, I do not mean “animals” as in the anthropomorphic animals that make up Sonic’s world’s population. I mean “animals” in the sense that chao are non-sentient beasts that drive the ecosystem. Chao have displayed very high levels of intelligence, i.e. like how they can learn music or art in kindergarten, or cry like babies. Plus, in the most recent issue of Sonic IDW (Evan Stanley’s first book), Cheese is shown to be fully aware that he is being bullied by a dark chao in the race. Obviously, animals can decipher pain or competition, but chao like Cheese or Chocola have always been so… focused, y’know what I mean? I’ve just always wondered why chao are treated like pets if they can make decisions, exhibit human-like behaviors, or learn artistic skills.

So I guess my question is, do you consider the chao an animal species in Sonic’s world, or do you think that the chao are at least semi-intelligent? And if you think they have some sort of free will, is it “wrong” to own them as pets or compete them in races/fights? Thank you!

Hello Ian! I’ve been wanting to thank you for all those great moments with Cream throughout the Metal Virus Saga. It was what the character needed after being denied from Forces and Team Sonic Racing, and overall being snubbed by SEGA. Though I can’t help but be curious of why you gave Cream a prominent role in the Metal Virus, aside from story purposes. Was it to compensate for her absences in those two games and other recent media? Was it more to give her a portrayal to try and improve her standing within the franchise/fanbase, in light of other characters praising Cream’s heroism and potential? Or could it have been in response to those “criticisms” of Cream back in the Archie Comics? (Of which, I would like to heavily apologize for being one of those very few, overly vocal “fans” during the Archie days...)

Would you say that Tangle & Whisper's gal pal friendship would make them the Laverne & Shirley of the Sonic Universe? If so would that make Rough & Tumble essentially badguy versions of Lenny & Squiggy to the Sonic Universe? Asking because I literally just saw a rerun of Laverne & Shirley hanging out with Lenny & Squiggy.

In Curse of the Pyramid, we see Eggman's pyramid being occupied by "mobian" and using an Egg Golem to protect it. If it's the same pyramid from Sonic Adventure 2, how did it end up in Sonic's World? I know it's been said multiple times that there's basically no caring of keeping things in continuity from Sega's part, but being able to at least have an explanation for these types of things was what brought me into the Sonic comics ever since the Archie reboot (the main one being the Mega Man crossover).

Ian how would you go about writing an arc based on a “Sonic Civil War”? Which hero joins which team? What incident could possibly turn such good friends against each other? I assume Sonic would be able to beat most everyone except Shadow so I guess they’d both be the figureheads of each faction in this situation.
